Refund policy

As all products are digital downloads, we do not accept physical returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your order date by emailing us at thepdfguidehq@gmail.com.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 2–3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note that refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted.
